Sometimes red flags are hard to see, and some may seem small, but being aware helps you spot the signs that trouble could be ahead.

This is where a scheme called #ClaresLaw comes in.

Clare’s Law is a free scheme where you can request information from the police to find out if the person you’re dating/in a relationship with has a history of abusive and controlling behaviours.

Clare’s Law is confidential, the person you ask police about will not know you’ve requested information about them.
