Officer today attended an Address in Moss Side, Concern for cats abounded by owner. 3 Cats are all safe and well and are now currently getting well looked after at Greenheys Police Station, awaiting collection from RSPCA. Enquires are ongoing with the whereabouts of the owner of the cats.
