Good morning,

On the 3rd and 4th of February, School engagement officer Pc Collins attended Oldham sixth form college and delivered educational inputs to focus groups over the two days. This covered around 1000 students in total. Topics covered included Knife crime awareness, sexual offences as well as ASB, drugs and driving offences. 

Topics chosen was due to these being the types of offences their age groups are likely to be drawn into. The educational talks are to give awareness to the students of the implications these offences can cause and the impact it will have on future careers and travel. 

The inputs have been well received by staff and students with good feedback from both.
