Knife Crime Input

Today (07/02), 

Members of the Middleton Neighbourhood Policing Team, Insp Graham Cooke, PC Charlotte Williams and PCSO Dave Quinn attended Edgar Wood Academy, Heywood Old Road alongside Prison Services to Deliver a Workshop on 'Actions have Consequences' focusing mainly towards Knife Crime and the consequences of carrying knives/ bladed articles.

All four year groups attended the workshop across four sessions. Chief Superintendent Danny Inglis, Rochdale Divisional Commander also came along to present the school with the completion plaque.
