Officers are continuing to investigate a fire that broke out at a disused bingo hall on Hamnett Street / New Beech Street in Hyde.

Thankfully, no injuries were reported, but a scene remains in place as specialists assess the damage to the building and determine the appropriate action.

This will see closures in place for the following days on:

-New Beech Street

-Hamnett Street

-Clarendon Street

In addition, tomorrow morning (26 February), lane one of the M67 heading towards Denton will be closed between Junction 3 and Junction 2.

Hyde Bus Station remains closed - please check TfGM for further information if you are planning on travelling.
