Arrest In Altrincham Town Centre

A male has been arrested recently in Altrincham town centre for a number of offences including assault.

The male has entered a restaurant as a customer and eaten a meal and drank several drinks, and upon being given the bill, has become aggressive and refused to pay. He has then bitten a member of staff and pushed another who simply wanted the bill to be paid!! The male has continued to be aggressive and so the police were called.  The offender was detained by staff and other customers (of which they have our thanks) until officers arrived and arrested the male.

The bizarre thing is, checks of the male arrested shown he has form for doing this previously, mainly in Mcr City Centre and so was a breach of his CBO (Criminal Behaviour Order) also.

He isn't vulnerable or homeless etc - he just tries to eat at various restaurants and do a runner but is also always aggressive to staff and members of the public.
