Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) Given To Prolific Shoplifter

Hi Resident,

The Hyde Godley team have secured a two year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) against a prolific shoplifter.

On Tuesday 11th June 2025, Tameside Magistrates Court granted a Criminal Behaviour Order against Mitchell Pearson.

This order which is valid until 11/06/2027 prohibits Pearson from entering Hyde Town Centre.

Any breaches of this order should be reported to police as it is an arrestable offence which carries its own custodial sentence.
