Joint Action Day with Council

Good Morning,

Yesterday was a joint day of action with Wigan Council in relation to the anti-social behaviour on Hodson street and for the residents at Trencherfield Way. They have been experiencing increasing problems in relation to multiple offenders engaging in street drinking and other undesirable behaviour. 4 offenders were issued with a community protection warning which is the first step in prohibiting their behaviour. Continued unwanted anti-social behaviour will then lead to a Community Protection Notice, breaches of these are criminal offences and can be arrested. 

Furthermore, another male was arrested for an exposure job on 10th July which was committed on trencherfield mill. He has been charged for this offence and also been given a community protection warning. Further days of actions are scheduled for compliance checks.
