ASB offender successfully charged!

Yesterday, PC's Kadir and Lomax from the Manchester City Centre NBO team, arrested and managed to successfully get public order charges agreed by the Crown Prosecution Service against a prolific offender. 

The offender in question has been plaguing the Northern Quarter for a while and raised multiple concerns from businesses, residents and council staff. The community of the NQ have been understanding and patient with the offender, but unfortunately he has taken the kindness from many for granted and committed numerous Anti-social behaviour offences. These have ranged from verbal abuse towards others, to urinating and defecating in public. 

He has now been remanded in custody and conditions will be sought to prevent him from re-offending in the City Centre.
