🚔 Stolen Motorbike Recovered Following Proactive Patrols - Team 2🚔

Whilst carrying out proactive patrols in the area, neighbourhood officers sighted a motorbike being ridden in a careless manner by a male wearing a balaclava. Checks on the vehicle revealed that it had been reported stolen from an address in Oldham.

When officers attempted to stop the motorbike, the rider made off. Following a brief pursuit, officers successfully stopped the vehicle and detained the rider.

One male was arrested and remains in police custody whilst enquiries continue. The stolen motorbike has been seized by police and is currently being processed for return to its rightful owner.

This result highlights the importance of proactive patrols in identifying criminality, recovering stolen property and keeping our communities safe.
