Traffic enforcement!

Dear Residents,

Whilst on duty today, officers from your local neighbourhood policing team conducted high visibility patrols along Uppermill High Street, focusing on tackling vehicle related offences and improving road safety within the community.

During the mini operation, a number of vehicles were stopped and checked. Officers also dealt with motorists suspected of driving without valid insurance and drivers found using mobile phones behind the wheel. Where offences were identified, the appropriate action was taken, and relevant paperwork was issued for prosecution.

These proactive patrols form part of our ongoing commitment to keeping our roads safe and reducing crime and anti social behaviour across the local area.

Thank you for your continued support. If you have any concerns about crime or road safety in your neighbourhood, please speak with one of your local officers when you see us out on patrol.

Kind regards,

Your Local Neighbourhood Policing Team
